Generally swing sets are design and manufactured for safe children's play. But when it comes to servicing or installation that is when ensuring safety is the final step before a child plays on a play set.
It is the responsibility of the installation or servicing company to ensure that the swing set is properly assemble and anchored to the ground. Residential swing sets are NOT required to be anchored to the ground using concrete. The majority of swing set manufactures use 8" plastic stakes, hammered into the ground to secure the swing set. Some others use rebar, metal swivel anchors, or even 18" wooden stakes.
It is the installation company's responsibility to go above and beyond to ensure that a swing set in proper installed and properly anchored regardless of what is supplied by the manufacture. As an installation and service company we have seen and documented issues with other companies' installations over the years that we anticipate those issues and take measures to prevent those issues from happening at any cost.

With any boxed product the possibility of missing parts and hardware are common. If the purchased product is missing hardware or parts and If we do not have the spare hardware or parts needed, we will complete the installation so the product is safe to use until the needed hardware or parts are received from the manufacture. At BackYard Funstallations we will return at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to complete the installation with the needed hardware or parts. Unlike other companies, we feel that the customer is paying for the job to be completed correctly with the required hardware & parts as directed in the products' assembly manual and the customer should not have to incur an additional fee for something outside of their control.
